Dell Design System Feedback Form

I developed an integration between the Dell Design System (DDS) website and JIRA, enabling both internal and external users to create JIRA tasks directly from the DDS site. This streamlined the support process for customers and product managers, reducing friction and improving response times.

The form allows users to select their role (developer, designer, etc.) and automatically routes the JIRA ticket to the appropriate team. Developers can even specify the framework they need help with, ensuring faster, more relevant support.

Technologies used include Node.js, the JIRA API, React, and Next.js.
